Two to three full-time post-graduate residency positions are available beginning mid-August 2008 and ending mid-May 2009. The residency is for the academic year, with the usual academic breaks. The number of residency positions (2 or 3) is dependent on available funding. Residents will be responsible for providing: (a) short term individual, couples, and group therapy; (b) assessment and referral services; (c) crisis intervention and on-call services; (d) outreach programming; and (e) psychological consultation to the campus community. Residents may also have involvement in training and supervision of practicum students through Humboldt State University’s Master’s level Counseling program. Residents will receive both individual and group supervision commensurate with the requirements for licensure.
