L.E.A.P. Mission

LEAP's mission is to provide low-cost opportunities for underprivileged youth in the local community in order to build trust, self-esteem, leadership and teamwork skills through backpacking, rock climbing, challenge courses, day hikes and cross country skiing. LEAP also strives to give Humboldt State students and community volunteers a chance to practice leadership skills and share their love of the outdoors with the community

We have planned a fun and engaging day of visiting, community service, reminiscing and celebrating 40 years. We warmly invite all of you to stop by for an hour or spend the entire day with us.
