Housing-Living Off Campus

Housing & Residence Life put together a guide to help you make your decision; from making a good impression on landlords to getting your security deposit back. Due to our current Covid-19 status, the campus residence halls will have reduced capacity in the Fall semester, and Humboldt expects to house about 1,000 students. Residents will live in single-occupancy situations in nearly all cases, allowing self-isolation if it becomes necessary.
